This concise pocket book offers all the basic information that a pharmacist will ever need regarding homeopathic remedies.
It provides a general introduction on homeopathy so that pharmacists can respond to questions such as "what is it?" and "how does it work?". There is also an outline of remedy types, potencies and how they work, information regarding what homeopathy can and cannot be used for, different approaches to prescribing such as first aid, and case study examples.
The main bulk of the content is on specific indications where the text will be split into conditions that homeopathy is most used for and at the end of each section there will also be a mini monograph/materia medica which will show the most widely used remedies for that particular condition. This will allow the pharmacist to either look up a particular remedy and its uses or look up a specific condition/symptom and its remedy.
For the busy pharmacist who wants a useful hands-on pocket guide to homeopathy - this is the perfect book.
