How can I pay?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Switch, Eurocard and Maestro online. Details of the start date, expiry date, issue number and 3- or 4-digit security number (found on the back of the card) will be asked for to authorise the transaction. We also accept cheques or money orders made payable to Pharmaceutical Press via post.

What are the postage and packing charges?
For the UK:

• £5.00 for the first book, CD-ROM or CD and book package amd £2.00 for each item thereafter.
• For Clarke's Analysis of Drugs and Poisons, Martindale, the Handbook of Pharmaceutical Excipents or Stockley's Drug Interactions: £9.00 for the first book, CD-ROM or CD and book package, £5.00 for each item thereafter.

Will I have to pay VAT?
VAT is applicable to UK customers and EU customers who do not give a valid VAT identifying number. VAT is applicable to CD-ROMs, packages including CD-ROMs, BNF PDA and online products.

How long will my delivery take?

• For the UK: 7-10 days from receipt of order in the UK
• For Europe: 10-14 days from receipt of order in the UK
• For overseas (excluding USA, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America): 21-28 days from receipt of order in the UK
