Customers in the UK/ROW:

Customers in the Americas:
Please click here for a copy of the US Pharmaceutical Press Credit Application Form. This form should be printed out and completed, and sent to the address given.
Prices:
VAT will be added to the invoice where applicable.
Accounts:
Terms strictly by the 30th day of the following month (unless otherwise agreed in writing). In order to open a credit account two statutory trade references and one banker's reference will be required. Trade references should be from suppliers in a similar trade to ourselves.
Claims:
All claims must be advised in writing within 10 days of receipt of invoice/goods.
Returned Goods:
Returned goods will only be accepted as a result of agreement in writing from the Pharmaceutical Press.
Acceptance of Order:
No order shall constitute a contract between the Pharmaceutical Press and the customer until accepted by the Pharmaceutical Press on the terms of the business stated above and which override any terms and conditions specified on the customer's side.
Title:
The Pharmaceutical Press is the publishing division of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain and terms of business are identical.
