Q: I am an RPS member, how do I get my discount?

A: When you enter your delivery address at the checkout, enter your RPS membership number in the RPS membership number box. You will then be able to see the RPS discount applied to your basket on the checkout page. If you are still having issues please contact us by emailing moc/smrahpr//troppus-sserpmrahp. Please DO NOT place the order without the RPS discount as we will not be able to refund the RPS discount amount after the event.

Q: How can I find out the status of my order?

A: See our delivery guide to find out when your book should arrive. If you still have a query, please contact moc/smrahpr//troppus-sserpmrahp with your order number and query.

Q: I want to return a book

A: Please contact moc/smrahpr//troppus-sserpmrahp with your order number and the title of the book you want to return.

Q: Is it possible to receive a discount on multiple copies of books?

A: Yes, if you purchase 10 or more copies of any of our books, you may be eligible for a discount. Please contact moc/smrahpr//troppus-sserpmrahp stating your organisation, which titles you are interested in, and how many copies you would like to purchase.

Q: Is it possible to buy print and digital bundles?

A: Yes, we may be able to offer you a discount if you are interested in purchasing any of our books in print alongside having access to the products online through MedicinesComplete, or in ebook format. Since requirements vary, please send us your query at moc/smrahpr//troppus-sserpmrahp.

Q: I am a student, how can I find out about your textbooks and offers?

A: We offer promotions throughout the year for students and academics. Please sign up for our eAlert, this will inform you of any promotions we are currently running.
