This is a summary of the updates this month to our MedicinesComplete online publications. Full details of these updates are available on MedicinesComplete.

5 significant changes, 2 dose changes, 1 classification change, 4 deleted preparations and 6 new preparations.
Significant changes: Zaleplon [change to legal classification], Zopiclone [change to legal classification], Tramadol [change to legal classification], Aflibercept in combination with irinotecan and fluorouracil-based therapy for treating metastatic colorectal cancer that has progressed following prior oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy [NICE guidance]; Rituximab in combination with glucocorticoids for treating anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis [NICE guidance].

Clarke's Analysis of Drugs and Poisons
Selective revisions to 6 monographs and 10 chemical structures, and minor corrections to a number of monographs. A global revision of pharmacopeial information from the United States Pharmacopeia-National Formulary, European Pharmacopeia, and British Pharmacopeia has also been completed.

7 new monographs and 46 existing monographs have been updated. Preparations have been updated for 9 countries. New monographs are Apremilast, Elosulfase Alfa, Empagliflozin, Gimeracil, Olodaterol Hydrochloride, Oteracil, and Umeclidinium Bromide.

Stockley's Interaction Alerts
294 new Alerts have been added, and 11 existing Alerts have been updated.

Handbook on Injectable Drugs
15 revised monographs. In addition, the References and User Guide have also been updated, and the representation of the concentration of fixed-combination drugs has changed.
